LODDON TOWN COUNCIL

Our next meeting with all parties involved will be on the 28th September and we are hoping to finalise the legal agreement that has to be in place to secure the funding for the roundabout, in case the developer fails to complete it. This is required to protect the public money loaned for the construction and allows step in rights for the County Council to ensure the build goes ahead.

I also have asked for a timetable of the next steps after this important document is in place and hopefully we should have a long anticipated start date. I will update the Parish Council at their next meeting [14 October 2020] on all of these matters.
