(LODDON) (EMERGENCY NOTICE)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION 2021
Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2)
In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to safety reasons whilst construction of a new roundabout is in place the use by vehicles of the A146 Loddon Bypass - 1) from its junction with C395 High Bungay Road for 500m north-westwards; 2) from 1600m northwest of its junction with C395 High Bungay Road for 1100m north-westwards; 3) from 500m northwest of its junction with C395 High Bungay Road for 1100m north-westwards; and the use by vehicles of the C203 Mundham Road – 4) from its junction with A146 Loddon Bypass for 413m south-westwards; and the use by vehicles of the C203 George Lane – 5) from its junction with A146 Loddon Bypass for 32m north-eastwards; in the PARISH OF LODDON roads 1), 2), 4) and 5) will be temporarily subject to a 40mph speed restriction and road 3) will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 10th to 30thNovember 2021 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 21 days within the period. If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 21 days.

The Order dated 2nd September 2021 in respect of this location is hereby revoked.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
