Temporary Traffic Order

2022 Road Closure
NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C203 Mundham Road from its junction with A146 Loddon Bypass for 450m south-westwards in the PARISH OF LODDON to facilitate works to complete remaining drainage and kerb realignment for new roundabout construction.
This Order continues the provisions of the Order dated 30thDecember 2021 that the road will be temporarily closed (except for access) and the restriction will now continue in effect from 19th to 29th March 2022 (previously 6th January to 18th March 2022) for the duration of the works expected to be about 11 days within the period.
Alternative route is via: Mundham Road, Loddon Road, Brooke Road, Hunstead Lane, The Street, B1332 Norwich Road, B1332 The Street, B1332 Bungay Road, A146 LoddonRoad, A146 Norwich Road, A146 Loddon Bypass (Chedgrave, Poringland, Seething, Holverston, Trowse with Newton, Mundham, Thurton, Bergh Apton, Kirby Bedon, Yelverton, Loddon, Sisland, Brooke, Hellington, Kirstead, Ashby St Mary, Caistor St Edmund and Bixley, Alpington, Framingham Pigot, Framingham Earl).
(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
