🚧 Temporary Road Closure Notice – Low Bungay Road, Loddon 🚧

Please be aware that Norfolk County Council has announced temporary road closures on Low Bungay Road, Loddon, to allow CityFibre to carry out fibre network installation works.

📍 Affected sections:Phase 1: Low Bungay Road from Beccles Road to Davy Place.• Phase 2: Low Bungay Road from Davy Place for approximately 200 metres south.

📅 Expected works: 20th July – 4th August 2026

⚠️ The works will be carried out in phases to maintain access in and out of Davy Place:

  • Phase 1: Road closure between Beccles Road and Davy Place.

  • Phase 2: Road closure south of Davy Place.

Only one section will be closed at a time, with signed traffic management in place.

Please note that if the works are delayed or require additional time, restrictions may remain in place until 15th September 2026 if necessary.

🚶 Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the works.

🚗 Vehicle access to properties within the closure will be permitted where signs indicate access is available.

🔄 Diversion route: Via High Bungay Road and Beccles Road.

The road will reopen as soon as the works are complete and it is safe to do so. If the start date changes, updated information will be displayed on site.
