🚧 Temporary Road Closure Notice – Hobart Road, Loddon 🚧

Please be aware that Hobart Road, Loddon will be temporarily closed from its junction with Kittens Lane for approximately 30 metres southwards to allow UK Power Networks to install a new electricity supply.

📅 Expected closure dates:27 July – 2 August 2026

If required, the closure may remain in place until 13 September 2026.

🚶 Pedestrian access will be maintained.

🚗 Diversion route: Kittens Lane → George Lane → Bridge Street → Church Plain → High Street → Kittens Lane.

🏠 Residents and businesses: Vehicular access to properties within the closure will be permitted where signage indicates it is safe and possible.

⚠️ The road will reopen as soon as the works are complete. The Order will automatically end when the closure is no longer required, or by 13 September 2026 at the latest.

❗ Please note that driving through the closure without permission is an offence and may result in a maximum fine of £1,000 and/or penalty points.
