🚧 TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – NORTON SUBCOURSE 🚧

Norfolk County Council has issued a temporary road closure notice for Loddon Road, Norton Subcourse, due to a burst water main.

📍 Location: C385 Loddon Road, from its junction with C516 The Street for 50 metres north-westwards.

📅 Expected dates: 10–16 October 2026

⚠️ The closure may remain in place until 30 October 2026 if required.

🚗 Alternative route: Via Loddon Road, Norton Road, Beccles Road, A146 Beccles Road, B1136 Yarmouth Road/Loddon Road, Beccles Road and The Street.

The works are being carried out by Anglian Water, and the closure is necessary to protect public safety and prevent further damage to the road.
