🚧 Temporary Road Closure – Davy Place, Loddon 🚧Norfolk County Council has proposed a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO13780) affecting Davy Place (U76501), from its junction with High Bungay Road (C395) for approximately 100 metres eastwards.🛠️ Why?
To allow new fibre network installation works as part of the BDUK programme, carried out by CityFibre Metro Networks.📅 When?
Expected: 5th – 9th January 2026
May continue if required: up to 20th February 2026⛔ What does this mean?
The road will be temporarily closed to vehicles
🚶 Pedestrian access will remain open at all times
🏡 Access to properties on Davy Place will be maintained
🚗 Vehicular access to a final destination may be permitted where signed🔁 Diversion route:
High Bungay Road → Low Bungay Road⚠️ Please note:
The Order will automatically end once works are complete or on 20th February 2026 (whichever is sooner)
If works are delayed, the new start date will be displayed on site
Contravening the closure is an offence (up to £1,000 fine and/or endorsement)ℹ️ More info:
