🚧 TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – HIGH BUNGAY ROAD, LODDON 🚧
Norfolk County Council has issued a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order affecting C395 High Bungay Road, from its junction with Leman Grove to its junction with Kittens Lane, in Loddon.
The road will be temporarily closed to vehicles (except for pedestrian access) to allow Openreach to carry out blockage clearance and ducting works.
📅 Anticipated closure: 24–28 August 2026⚠️ The closure may need to remain in place until 9 October 2026 if the works take longer than anticipated.
🚗 Alternative route:High Bungay Road → Beccles Road → A146 Loddon Bypass
✅ Access into Davey Place will be maintained.Vehicular access to properties within the closed section will also be permitted where signs indicate that access is possible.
📍 If the start date is delayed, the revised date will be displayed on site in advance.
Drivers are asked to follow the signed diversion route and allow extra time for their journeys.
