Temporary Road Closure

🚧 Temporary Road Closure: C395 Dulls Road, Kirby Cane & Ellingham 🚧

Please be advised that Norfolk County Council is implementing a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO12597) on the C395 Dulls Road in Kirby Cane and Ellingham. This is essential for Anglian Water to carry out vital communication pipe repair works.

The affected section of the road runs from 770m north of its junction with C533 Brick Kiln Road for 50m northwards.

🗓️ Duration of Closure

The road will be temporarily closed to vehicles (pedestrian access will be maintained 🚶) from Monday, 30th June 2025, to Wednesday, 2nd July 2025. Please be aware that the closure could be extended until Wednesday, 13th August 2025, if the works require it.

迂 Diversion Route

An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be in place via: Dulls Road, Bungay Road, Loddon Road, B1332 Norwich Road, A143 Yarmouth Road, A143 Broome Bypass, A143 Yarmouth Road, A146 Beccles Road, A146 Loddon Bypass (Stockton, Ellingham, Ditchingham, Broome, Hales, Gillingham, Loddon, Kirby Cane).

🚗 Access & Enforcement

Vehicular access to specific destinations within the closed section will be permitted where indicated by on-site signage. Please note that contravening this closure is an offence and may result in a maximum fine of £1000.
