LODDON TOWN COUNCIL

Freedom of Loddon Award 2026 – Steve Burton

Thank you to Loddon and District Horticultural Society for hosting the presentation of this year's Freedom of Loddon Award.

Loddon Town Council presented the award to Steve Burton at the Loddon & District Horticultural Society’s Annual Show at the Jubilee Hall Loddon.

Steve is receiving this year’s award in recognition of his outstanding and longstanding service to Loddon. Over many years, he has given an incredible amount of his time to our community through the Loddon Players, local schools and youth groups, the St George’s Park residents’ campaign and, more recently, the Chet Valley Medical Practice Patient Participation Group.

Our sincere thanks also go to Phil Taylor of the Kings Head Loddon  for his continued sponsorship of the Freedom of Loddon Award.
