Annual Parish Meeting 2027 – We Want Your Views
The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is a yearly meeting of all parish electors. It provides an opportunity to hear reports, discuss local issues, and make advisory decisions on matters affecting the community.
An APM can be organised by the parish council, local groups, jointly, or by electors themselves if the council does not call the meeting. It must be held once a year, usually between 1 March and 1 June.
In recent years, attendance at Loddon's Annual Parish Meetings has been very low. Before making arrangements for 2027, we would like to understand whether local electors feel the meeting is valuable and whether they would be likely to attend.
Please share your views via this survey link - forms.office.com/e/7XRVACYktS. Your feedback will help inform decisions about the 2027 Annual Parish Meeting.
Thank you for taking the time to have your say.
