🚧 Temporary Road Closure Notice – Low Bungay Road, Loddon 🚧

Norfolk County Council has proposed a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO14042) affecting U76333 Low Bungay Road.

📍 Location: From 150 metres south of its junction with U76501 Davy Place, extending 50 metres southwards in Loddon.

🛠 Reason for Closure: Pole testing and tree cutting works (promoted by BT)

🕒 Closure Times:

• Expected between 09:30 and 15:30 on 6th April 2026

• May remain in place if required until 18th May 2026

🚶 Access:

• Road closed to vehicles (pedestrian access maintained)

• Vehicular access permitted only where signage indicates access to final destinations

🔁 Diversion Route:
High Bungay Road → Beccles Road

⚠️ Important Information:

• The Order will end once works are completed or by 18th May 2026 at the latest

• If necessary, the restriction could last up to 18 months from the effective date

• Anyone ignoring the closure may face a fine of up to £1000 and/or penalty points
