🚧 Temporary Road Closure – Norton Subcourse 🚧
Norfolk County Council has announced a temporary road closure on the C385 Loddon Road (from The Street to Church Road) in Norton Subcourse to allow for fibre network installation works.
📅 Closure dates:From 6th July to 20th July 2026➡️ Works may extend if needed, up to 31st August 2026
🚶♂️ Access:
Pedestrian access will remain available
Vehicle access will be permitted only where signed for access to properties
🔁 Diversion route:Loddon Road → Norton Road → Beccles Road → A146 Loddon Bypass → B1136 Yarmouth Road → Beccles Road → The Street (via Norton Subcourse, Haddiscoe, Hales, Heckingham, Loddon, Thurlton, Raveningham)

The order will end once works are complete (or by 31 August 2026 at the latest)
Ignoring the closure could result in a fine of up to £1000 and/or penalty points
