🚧 Temporary Road Closure – Norton Road, Loddon 🚧
Please be advised that Norfolk County Council has announced a temporary road closure on Norton Road to allow CityFibre to carry out new fibre network installation works.
📍 Location: Norton Road (C385), from its junction with Beccles Road (C554) for approximately 390 metres north-eastwards.
📅 Expected dates: 5 August to 14 August 2026
Please note that, if required, the closure may remain in place until 25 September 2026.
🚶 Pedestrian access will be maintained, and vehicular access will be permitted where possible to properties within the closure, where signs indicate access is available.
🚗 Diversion Route:Beccles Road → A146 Beccles Road → B1136 Yarmouth Road/Loddon Road → Beccles Road → The Street → Norton Road.
⚠️ The road closure will be lifted as soon as the works are complete. If the works are delayed, updated start dates will be displayed on-site.
