Please be aware of a temporary overnight road closure on C554 Norwich Road in Chedgrave due to urgent hedge cutting to clear an obstruction.

📍 Location: C554 Norwich Road (between A146 Norwich Road and Big Back Lane)
🕗 Times: 20:00 – 06:00
📅 Dates: Night of 16th–17th April 2026
⏳ Works may continue (if needed) until 20th April 2026

🚗 Diversion Route:
A146 Loddon Bypass → George Lane → Bridge Street → Norwich Road (via Chedgrave, Loddon, Sisland)

These works are being carried out by Norfolk County Council and are necessary for safety reasons.

⚠️ Please note:

• Access will be restricted during the closure times

• Failing to comply with the restriction may result in a fine of up to £1000
